Step 1: Create a saved search for the NetSuite vendors

  1. Log in to NetSuite

Step 2: Review and Configure the sync recipe

Next, the recipe that will run on a scheduled time each day to sync vendor information from the NetSuite saved search to the Semantik account.

  1. Go to the Semantik Vendor Sync Recipe and copy it to your account (if you don’t already have it).

  2. Confirm that the Saved search (configured in Step One) is the same one used in Step 6 (see screenshot below).

  3. Check to make sure all other accounts are connected (such as Semantik for invoice) and that there are no errors in the recipe.

  4. Click on Start Recipe. (It will sync the vendors from NetSuite to Semantik.)
