When reviewing an imported document, the file shows as failed on the Dashboard and the following error message occurs on the Notifications screen:
The PDF file was encrypted and could not be read.
We do not handle encrypted PDFs at this time. Please see our help article Can I Import Encrypted PDFs? for instructions on working around this issue.
