Issue
When reviewing an imported document, the file shows as failed on the Dashboard and the following error message occurs on the Notifications screen:
Internal Error
The file could not be read.
Solution
Make sure your file does not exceed size restrictions (see help article below). If it does not, check that it is not corrupted. If it is, request a new one from your vendor and re-import.
