Issue

When reviewing an imported document, the file shows as failed on the Dashboard and the following error message occurs on the Notifications screen:

Internal Error

The file had too many pages to process.

Solution

Check that your file does not exceed the page limit. If it does, delete pages that are not needed for your invoice capture needs and re-import.
