When reviewing an imported document, the file shows as failed on the Dashboard and the following error message occurs on the Notifications screen:
An unknown error has occurred.
Check to make sure that your file is not corrupted by opening it in another application. If you are not able to open and read it in another application, request a new invoice from your vendor. If you are able to open and read it, try re-importing it into Semantik.
