Issue

The webhook fails and the following error message occurs on the Notifications screen:

Timeout

Webhook call failed due to a timeout.

Solution

Check your webhook receiver to ensure it’s responding within 60 seconds. Semantik will make multiple retry attempts during that time.

Note: Your receiver should be built to respond within a few seconds and should be architected for high availability.
